# Phenylalanine transfer RNA. The base pairing structure, secondary
and tertiary, is derived from X-ray data. See Saenger "Principles of
Nucleic Acid Structure", chapter 15, for a detailed description.
The special bases have been changed to their Watson-Crick equivalents.
For instance, Psi at positions 39 and 55 have been changed to 'U'.
This unfolded form is given as the starting point for generating the
target 3D form given in the PDB file '6tna.pdb'. Notice the bonds
drawn in red. These are the tertiary bonds. The bonds in blue are
the Watson-Crick base pairing bonds and constitute the secondary
structure.
